Job Description: CEO Secretary

We are looking for a highly organised and experienced CEO Secretary to support our CEO and contribute to the efficient functioning of the executive office. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and organise documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and ensure information security.
  • Coordinate executive-level events, board meetings, and special projects.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and provide timely support to ensure priorities are met.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a secretary or executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern communication tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and handle complex schedules.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Prior experience as a secretary or executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Coordinate executive-level events, board meetings, and special projects.

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
